Originally from Texas, he is a member of the Aryan Circle prison gang, one of the largest and most dangerous in the country. Horace relocated to Niagara Falls, and recruits for ARS alongside Todd Biro. Lacy has also provided security for infamous alt-right speaker Richard Spencer, at a speaking event in Texas alongside neo-nazi Joffre Cross.

Lacy is also assumed to be armed and dangerous, and was arrested for robbing someone at knife-point after being pulled over in a stolen vehicle after a bar fight with a woman named Cassidy Lawrence. Her half-brother Joshua Kennedy and Sean White were arrested for possession of stolen military explosives and body armor. Kennedy was later sentenced for plotting to kill a sheriff’s deputy. The two were also linked to the Aryan Circle prison gang and had connection to the infamous Oklahoma City Bomber Timothy McVeigh.
