The Racial Nationalist Party of America is a white nationalist group based in Lockport, NY, founded in 1998 by Karl Hand. RNPA is also a part of the Aryan Nationalist Alliance. They sponsor the “White Christmas Drive”, along with Aryan Syndicate and Blood and Iron. RNPA also publishes a newsletter called “White Voice”.
RNPA also co-hosted the “White Lives Matter” rally in Cazenovia Park, South Buffalo, July 30, 2016.

Who is Karl Hand?

Karl was born November 26, 1950, and lives in Lockport.
When Karl was younger, he was a member of the National Socialist White People’s Party (NSWPP). Karl is also a former leader of National Socialist Liberation Front (NSLF) which broke away from the NSWPP. This break was influenced by NSLF abandoning the political movement in favor of guerrilla warfare and terrorist tactics. Karl is also the former National Director of Knights of the Ku Klux Klan under David Duke.

Karl Hand went to prison in 1986 for shooting a black man. While in prison, he came up with the idea for the RNPA. Karl is now out of prison and heads the RNPA. His current political activity mostly consists of producing white nationalist literature, distributing propaganda, and hosting White Lives Matter events.

This event was hosted by RNPA on behalf of Aryan Nationalist Alliance, White Lives Matter (of which ARS is a member), and the NSM (National Socialist Movement, as in nazis, not actual socialists.) This event was heavily outnumbered by antifascists, only Karl Hand and a very small amount of fascists attended.
